Joëlle is the Founder and until September 2024 was Executive Chair of Warren Partners. Being passionate about improving effectiveness in the boardroom through achieving the right balance of skills, diversity and experience she has worked with BEIS, the Hampton Alexander and Parker Reviews to ensure Warren Partners takes a lead in initiatives to move the dial on leadership diversity, particularly in the regions and beyond the FTSE 350. Joëlle’s extraordinary contribution to the NWBLT extended beyond her role as Deputy Chair, helping to establish and develop our Rising Stars and Diversity Drivers programmes.
